CANCELLATIONS

Our Flexible Salon Policy

At Get | Bronze + Bare, we do our best to make sure all your needs are taken care of. If you need to cancel or change your appointment, just let us know—we get it, life happens! However, all cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

If notice is given less than 24 hours before your scheduled time, a late cancellation fee will apply, and we can’t guarantee we’ll be able to slot you in again right away.

Cancellations must be made by phone or WhatsApp—DMs are not accepted for schedule changes.

Please be courteous to the staff and other clients at Get | Bronze + Bare. and make sure you arrive on time for each appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may have to reschedule your appointment for another time. If you see you are running late, the best thing to do is let us know so we can minimize any disruption to our staff and other customers.
